We know you're excited to get started.  Some of you may be enthusiastic but cautiously optimistic.  We we're like that on our journey to joining as Wellness Consultants ourselves and have put together some things we believe you should know so that you'll have a thriving business as you continue to enjoy the benefits of using these wonderful essential oils!
 

2 Key Commitments You Must Make to Begin Your
Successful  Business with Essential Oils:
  1. Sign up for the Rewards Program (free to join).  To receive Bonuses/Commissions you must maintain a 100 PV Rewards Order but ideally 150 PV based on  the Power of 3 Bonus.
  2. Use the Share Success Training program. See the Business Training Tab.

5 Key Roles of a Wellness Consultant
  • Walking & Talking Advertisement - Be a user of the product so that you have true experience to share with friends, family, coworkers and strangers.  This will help you be a...
  • Product Educator - Teach at least these 3 basic concepts:   What are essential oils?  What makes these essential oils different?  What 3 ways can these essential oils be used?   Your role is NOT to be an on- call essential oil expert but to provide your customers, clients and team members with  the tools necessary to become their own expert.  Encourage new Wholesale Members to make use of the many helpful resources  (from you, other Wellness Consultants or from AromaTools.com) as quickly as possible.  In the meantime we or our  EssentialOilsEnthusiasts  Team Training  site can be their guide.
  • Wholesale Account Guide - Teach new Wholesale Members how to use their Virtual Office quickly so that they can manage their own account.
  • Business Trainer - Train, guide and encourage those who choose to build a business.  Talk with your upline (the person who enrolled you as a Wellness Advocate or an active Team Member who has done classes, presentations and has experience enrolling and sponsoring people).
*Shipping issues like damaged or missing products, returns, etc should be referred to the companies Customer Service.


Training and Support: 
When you join our Essential Oils Enthusiasts Team you'll have access to our special EOE Team Website pages with training videos and resources on how to put on a class and share oils with others!

Our team follows the
Share Success training model.  Whether you want to just pay for your products or make this a full-time career, the process is the same.   

Your Upline will model for you the most time efficient and cost effective way to do the business.   Of course we all have our own style and level of knowledge.  The Key is to keep it SIMPLE and duplicatable.  The Goal is to be able to do this business long-term, to fit it into your busy life and train others to do the same.

Keep in mind that as a  Wellness Consultant you are a sole proprietor.  Although this is very much a team approach because of the duplication process it is technically your business.  Your Upline Partner(s) will provide you with the tools necessary to learn this business but it is up to you to take the time to do so.  Focus your energy, time and money on what truly matters at each step in your business.

Join Us!

Definitions:
WA - Wellness Consultant  is a wholesale member (Most wholesale members just want to purchase the products at a discount. Not all wholesale members chose to build a  business as an Wellness Advocate)

Upline - are the Wellness Consultants directly above you

Downline - are the Wellness Consultants that join under you

Enroller - is the person who receives the Fast Start Bonus for introducing a new member/enrollee (*sometimes the enrollment is passed on to another wellness advocate who is actually working the business in the case of close relationships like family members or close friendships. In the long run it makes more sense for a new wholesale member to be under someone they are personally connected with.  BUT ultimately it is the prospects choice.) 

Sponsor - is the Wellness Consultant that the Enroller chooses to place a new wholesale member under

PV - NOTE:  this is sometimes a bit confusing because the term is used to describe tow inter-related things;
  • Point Value of oils and products (oil prices are equal to point value / some product prices are more than point value)
  • Personal Volume is your personal purchase Point Value amount

OV - Overall Volume is your Downline plus your total purchase Point Value amount

LRP - Loyalty Rewards Program is the FREE monthly membership program (be sure to review the PDF info that you receive from us, upon request,  for complete details and rules)


Loyalty Rewards Points - FREE Product Credit you earn on your Loyalty Rewards Program orders of at least 50 PV (Point Value)

Loyalty Rewards Level - Percentage of FREE Product Credit you are earning on your Loyalty Rewards Program Orders

Compensation Plan - The Bonus and Commission structure for Wellness Consultants (have your Upline leader explain the Compensation Plan flyer & Power of 3 flyer you were sent when you requested more information about signing up for your membership.  As a EOE team member you will have access to the training website which has video tutorials covering this topic (and more).
